Age Groups ⌄
- Parent & Child (18m+) – Caregiver joins in to support movement, balance and fun bonding time.
- Preschool 1 and 2 (2.5–4 yrs) – Gentle, play-based introduction to dance, rhythm, and coordination.
- Pre-Primary 1 (4–5 yrs) – Structured classes focusing on musicality, creative movement, and basic skills.
- Pre-Primary 2 (5–6 yrs) – Builds confidence, focus, and beginner technique while keeping classes fun.
- Primary 1 (6–7 yrs) – Lays down foundation technique in all styles, with more structure and independence.
- Primary 2 (7–8 yrs) – Expands vocabulary, encourages teamwork, and introduces performance awareness.
- Junior (8–10 yrs) – Strengthens technical skills and creativity, encouraging discipline and self-expression.
- Elementary (10–12 yrs) – Emphasis on technique, artistry, and developing strong work habits.
- Intermediate (12+ yrs) – Training with focus on skill refinement, artistry, and collaboration.
- Adult – Accessible, welcoming classes for fitness, dance, aerial silks.
Dance ⌄

Note: Babies in carriers or car seats are welcome in any of our adult classes. The “Mom & Baby” classes are simply tailored specifically for new moms and little ones.

- Mom & Baby Pilates – Core and posture-focused sessions supporting recovery and stability.
- Mom & Baby Yoga – Gentle stretches and restorative movement to relax and bond with your baby.
- Mom & Baby Circuits – Fun, varied circuit-style classes tailored to postnatal strength, endurance, and confidence.
All Mom & Baby classes are specifically designed for new moms’ health and well-being. Our instructors hold postnatal certifications and are specially trained to guide safe, supportive, and effective recovery-focused movement.
