Bring your baby, get outside, and build strength in a supportive parent-focused workout. This high-energy class combines strength circuits, cardio intervals, park-hill terrain, and equipment such as slam balls, weights, BOSU trainers, and battle ropes. Movements can be modified for all postpartum stages and fitness levels.
