Pre-Primary Classes
For young students building confidence, independence, coordination, and creativity.
Explore classes designed for Pre-Primary students, including ballet, acro, jazz, tap, hip hop, and parkour. These classes gently bridge early childhood classes and Primary-level learning with a little more structure, focus, and skill-building.
How Season Memberships Work
Pre-Primary classes run as a full-season program from September to June, and registration reserves your child's weekly spot for the season.
- Flexible payment options: You can pay for the season in full or spread the cost over 10 monthly instalments.
- Think of it like a cell phone plan: You are committing to the full season, but the cost is divided into smaller monthly payments to make budgeting easier.
- Joining after September? No problem. Tuition is prorated based on your start date and the number of classes remaining.
- Need to switch? If the class is not quite the right fit, we can help adjust when space allows.
2027 Recital Info
If your child is enrolled in a non-TEAM dance class, the plan is that they will participate in our year-end recital.
- Costume fee: A costume fee will be added to your account and must be paid before March 1, 2027.
- Recital dates: The 2027 Recital will take place on June 12 and 13, 2027.
- Venue: Recital takes place at an outside theatre venue and is a ticketed event.
- Class note: Parkour and non-dance specialty classes may follow a different performance plan.

That's completely okay. Many Pre-Primary students are still exploring what they enjoy most. Choose the class that feels like the best fit for your child's interests and schedule - and if it isn't quite right, we can help you adjust.
Recital, Season, and Summer
Helpful information for choosing the best Pre-Primary starting point for your child.
Pre-Primary or Pre-Primary 2?
Pre-Primary is the best starting place for beginners or children trying a discipline for the first time.
Pre-Primary 2 is best for students who have taken that discipline before and are ready for a little more structure, independence, and skill development.
Full-Season Classes
Pre-Primary classes are part of our September-June season. Dancers build skills gradually over the year and may participate in our year-end recital.
Membership and payment details can be finalized once your family chooses the best class fit.
Summer Options
Summer classes are a great way to try a class, keep moving, or explore a new style before the full season begins.
