Prenatal Yoga
Our Prenatal Yoga class provides a nurturing and supportive space for expectant mothers to practice self-care and celebrate the incredible changes happening within their bodies.
ALL of our instructors are certified prenatal
Join us as we create a harmonious environment that honours the beauty of pregnancy and helps you prepare for a healthy and joyful childbirth experience.
Please consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program during pregnancy to ensure it’s safe for you and your baby.
All levels of yoga experience and stages of pregnancy are welcome to join at any time.
babies and carriers
A perfect class for moms looking for some baby snuggles and a great resistance/strength workout. Babies are the best personal trainers – as it’s hard to do a squat incorrectly while wearing your baby 🙂
This class is a low-impact, no jumping, strength class that will mix bodyweight, barre, and small weights for a fantastic toning workout.
And – if baby needs a break from the carrier – not problem – we’ll set up a little play area and mom can still get a great sweat on.
babies and pilates
A specialized fitness program designed to promote physical well-being, bonding, and relaxation for new mothers and their babies. This unique class combines the principles of Pilates with postpartum recovery exercises, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for both moms and their infants. Suitable for mothers with babies aged six weeks to one year.
babies and yoga
Recommended for Moms with little ones 6 weeks to 18 months! These specialized yoga sessions concentrate on strengthening your postnatal body with guided upper body, abdomen and pelvic floor movements.
Perfect class for those looking to continue their yoga practice with baby or for new yoga comers looking for a low impact activity after baby. No yoga experience required.
Baby is incorporated if mom chooses (or can sleep or hang out ) – and don’t be surprised if snuggles and laughter are involved.
babies and circuits
We’ve designed this class for both the baby on the move and baby not so much on the move. This class has less structure – so if baby moves around – you’re not chasing.
Our Circuit class includes sets stations for mom – mixing between strength & cardio – mom is moving and so is baby 😉
You’ll use exercise tools such as dumbells (light & heavy), medicine balls/slam balls, Kettle Bells, Bosu Balls and closed bands. Each station get’s your heart rate up and muscles feeling strong.
babies and bootcamp
Babies & Bootcamp is a fun fitness class for Moms with your little one playing, sleeping or enjoying practicing tummy time. The classes are designed for all stages of postpartum recovery, but we do recommend visiting your OB, Double or midwife for your 6-8 week check up before beginning classes.
MOM AND BABY: Stroller Fit and Bootcamps
Our Stroller FIT & Bootcamp Classes offer moms a fantastic sweat and strength workout – all while enjoying the outdoors and some adorable baby snuggles!
We use the settings of our unique locations to give mom a fantastic workout. Each exercise is modified for your fitness level – whether you’re a bootcamp enthusiast or new comer – our workouts provide modifications so that you are challenged based on your postpartum recovery.
