Junior (Ages 8–10 Years)
The Junior program builds strength, focus, and artistry as students expand on the fundamentals learned in earlier levels. Classes emphasize control, coordination, and expressive movement while introducing more detailed technique, combinations, and choreography. Students continue to grow socially and emotionally through teamwork, self-expression, and creative exploration.
Classes Offered (All 60 Minutes)
- Ballet – posture, turnout, barre and centre work and choreography
- Jazz – turns, kicks, leaps, and musical phrasing
- Tap – precision, timing, and rhythmic clarity
- Acro – strength, flexibility, limbers, and safe progressions
- Hip Hop – musicality, footwork, grooves, and expressive performance
- Parkour – control, landings, vaulting, and flowing obstacle sequences
- Aerial – beginner silk skills, climbs, poses, and strength training
