These classes are perfect for the child who loves to climb, jump and bust out the occasional breakdance move! High energy classes built on obstacle based activities will help them build strength, stamina, and flexibility. Introduce your child to the dynamic, athletic, and acrobatic world of Parkour!
FLIPPING
The goal of this class is to help students learn to execute common flips and tricks commonly used in the parkour landscape. This class includes a healthy dose of cardio and conditioning! Ages 10+ some parkour experience is recommended but not mandatory.
