PRENATAL YOGA
Keeping our growing bodies moving and active during pregnancy is an important step in preparing for the birth of your new little one. Our classes are specifically designed and led by a certified prenatal instructor to ensure you feel safe and guided.
Mom and Baby Yoga
This class is a mom focus yoga class specifically designed for new moms recovering. It’s a gentle yoga to stretch and relax your body.
What can you expect:
Welcoming and Supportive Atmosphere: Babies & Yoga classes typically foster a warm and inviting environment where mothers can connect with each other and share their experiences of motherhood. It’s a place where you can find support and build a sense of community with other new moms.
Postpartum-Centered Practice: Unlike traditional yoga classes, Babies& Yoga places a strong emphasis on accommodating your postpartum needs. Babies are can be integrated into the class but are free to feed, sleep, or play as needed. This makes it a practical and flexible option for mothers.
How to Join: These classes are structured as 6-week sessions. While you can use a class card to join if there is available space, we highly recommend attending the entire session for targeted improvement and the best overall experience.
Adult Yoga
Find your balance, both inside and out, with our Adult Yoga class. This class is designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and build strength and flexibility. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, you’ll move through a series of guided poses and mindful breathing exercises that are accessible to all levels.
This class creates a peaceful, supportive environment where you can let go of stress and focus on self-care. Each session encourages body awareness and personal growth, allowing you to honor your unique journey. Join us to unwind, stretch, and strengthen as part of our welcoming community of movers. No experience necessary—just bring your mat, an open heart, and a desire to feel good!
