Teen Wellness Camp
Our Wellness Camp will help Teens and Tweens connect with their intuition to make smart decisions, work through negative thoughts, and overcome obstacles on the way to reaching their personal goals and dreams. With fun “life-work” exercises, tools, mindfulness, a special journal and power cards, we build their confidence to navigate transitions, make changes, and master the life skills needed to consistently show up as and embrace their unique selves.
Students will learn various methods of breathing, guided meditation, and Yoga Vinyāsa. These methods are geared towards centering the mind and caring for the body, holistically.
