This fun filled combo camp uses a variety breakdance, parkour and ninja skills to keep kids moving! Varied exercises target all facets of child fitness such as balance, co-ordination, speed, agility, strength and stamina.
Learn the ancient skill of ninja sneakiness, create paper ninja stars, practice the calming art of Ninja Meditation and more!
This camp will keep them interested and engaged day after day. Exercises include obstacle courses, beam work, floor conditioning, climbing, tumbling and more!
